Meet the Guest – Heather Wagner Reed

Heather Wagner Reed is the Founder and CEO of Juice Consulting, an award-winning PR and marketing firm that specializes in sectors ranging from music to film and tech to innovation. Founded 18 years ago, the company was hailed by SPIN magazine as “Austin’s premier marketing & PR firm.”

Before starting Juice in 2007, Heather served as Senior Product Manager for 35 GRAMMY®-winning artist Beyoncé, handling her day-to-day management and global marketing as part of Music World Entertainment. She also lived in Europe for five years and worked for companies like Universal Music and music tech start-up SoundArtist.

Heather is currently in her sixth year with Austin Community College as an Adjunct Professor teaching “Marketing and PR for Creatives” in the Audio, Technology and Industry program, and also regularly lectures at UT. Heather is a twenty-year board member of the Texas Chapter of The Recording Academy, has been on the advisory board of Sonic Guild for over a decade and is a current board member of the Ann Richards Foundation.

She is also a former member of the Austin Music Commission and the Texas Lyceum class of 2010. Heather is also a Cofounder and Director of the newly launched nonprofit, the Space Workforce Incubator for Texas, runs a vintage business, and is a mom of two amazing teens.
